The role acts as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level customers, applying best practice project planning and management techniques. It requires high-quality delivery aligned to service standards, with responsibility for project time, cost and quality. \nKey Responsibilities \nLead successful delivery of customer projects, ensuring agreed objectives, timelines, budgets and quality standards are achieved. \nManage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation and handover. \nBuild strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and internal teams, acting as the primary delivery contact. \nProvide project leadership, governance and oversight, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies and change. \nEnsure effective planning, reporting and communication to provide clear visibility of progress, status and outcomes. \nDrive customer success by understanding business requirements and aligning solutions to customer needs. \nManage project financial performance, including forecasting, budget control and revenue opportunities. \nSupport business growth through collaboration with sales and pre-sales, providing delivery expertise and guidance. \nPromote project management best practice, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organisation. \nMaintain strong understanding of company solutions, services and industry trends to deliver customer value. \nCustomer Focus \nProvide a positive service that exceeds customer expectations. \nSupport exceptional customer service by ensuring processes and controls are maintained. \nCollaboration \nEnsure effective use of resources. \nEstablish common processes and share best practice. \nEscalate project issues in a timely manner. \nMaintain effective communication with other departments. \nInnovation \nEstablish, monitor and improve departmental processes, standardising where appropriate. \nShare lessons learned within the team and wider department. \nSupport the rollout of new solutions. \nContinuous Improvement \nParticipate in peer reviews, challenging and improving best practice. \nTake ownership of a process, product or domain, becoming a Subject Matter Expert. \nActively support personal and team development, fostering growth and adaptability. \nSkills, Knowledge and Experience Required \nAt least 3 years’ experience in a Project Management or consultancy role. \nRecognised Project Management certification, or equivalent qualification, with practical knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. \nExperience in Payments, Cash Management or FinTech software environments. \nKnowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payments and Treasury Management processes is desirable. \nProven track record of managing high-value projects and stakeholders through to conclusion. \nStrong critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills. \nExcellent verbal, written communication and organisational skills. \nResponsible, energetic and positive attitude. \nStrong relationship-building skills with colleagues and customers at all levels. \nCalm under pressure, able to motivate others, with good commercial awareness. \nWe welcome talent at all career stages and are dedicated to understanding and supporting additional needs.
