This role will have ownership over the holistic implementation project plan and timeline for partners within their assigned portfolio. The Project Manager - Partner Operations and Onboarding will provide oversight and have accountability for projects to be completed on-time and to task, with high quality and partner satisfaction. \nHow you'll Contribute: \nBe a primary point of contact between partner and Bottomline. \nPlan and track project tasks and milestones during all change/project phases. \nCreate and manage project management documentation and processes for team. Work to develop or enhance current standards. \nLiaise between project members, cross-functional teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, and meeting plans are communicated. \nProvide proactive and frequent communication of progress, at project level, internally as well as with partner. \nManage partner facing SharePoint site(s) as applicable. \nOther duties as assigned. \nOccasional travel may be required. \nRequired Technical Skills and Competencies: \nDirect project management experience and/or technology deployment experience with software solutions. \nStrong in time management and risk management. \nExperience with SharePoint administration. \nProven experience in driving results in a matrix-structured organization. \nKnowledge of various project management methodologies and tools. \nSuperior communication, organizational and interpersonal Skills. \nPreferred Skills: \nBackground in banking, finance, or business to business payments industries and processes. \nPMP certification, or similar.\nWe welcome talent at all career stages and are dedicated to understanding and supporting additional needs.
