This is more than a numbers role - it’s a chance to shape the financial future of a fast-growing company. The successful candidate will be a senior member of the Corporate FP&A organization, supporting the US counter parts with ownership of enterprise financial consolidation, Board of Directors reporting, forecasting, long-range planning, planning governance, and strategic financial analysis. \nThe role will provide high-quality financial insights to senior leadership, strengthen enterprise planning and reporting processes, and build scalable Corporate FP&A capabilities in Bengaluru through process standardization, knowledge transfer, and team development. \nThis is your chance to be part of a high-impact team where your insights will shape strategy and fuel growth. We value innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning-and we’re excited to grow with you. \nKey Responsibilities: \nEnterprise Consolidation & Reporting: Lead consolidation and analysis of enterprise P&L, revenue, expenses, headcount, EBITDA, and key financial metrics across Actuals, Forecast, Budget, and LRP. \nBoard & Executive Reporting: Lead preparation and review of Board of Directors and executive financial materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, clear financial narratives, and actionable insights. \nForecasting & LRP: Drive enterprise forecasting, annual planning, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning, consolidating functional inputs and challenging assumptions, risks, and opportunities. \nPlanning Governance: Own FP&A calendars, assumptions, templates, submission requirements, review standards, reconciliations, controls, and reporting timelines. \nPerformance Insights: Deliver variance analysis, financial bridges, trend analysis, scenario modeling, and forward-looking insights to support executive decision-making. \nStrategic Finance: Support enterprise strategic initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, resource-allocation analysis, business cases, and performance tracking. \nReporting Integrity: Ensure strong financial controls, reconciliations, data validation, and consistency across planning and management-reporting outputs. \nCross Functional Partnership: Serve as a senior Bengaluru partner to the Global FP&A team, ensuring timely execution of critical planning, reporting, and analytical deliverables. \nCapability Development: Build and develop Corporate FP&A capabilities in Bengaluru through team leadership, process documentation, knowledge transfer, cross-training, and succession planning. \nProcess Improvement: Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement across Corporate FP&A processes and partner with Finance Technology & Analytics on automation and system enhancements. \nQualifications & Experience: \nCA / CPA / CMA and MBA/PGDM Finance, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred. \n14-18 years of progressive FP&A / Corporate Finance experience, including leadership responsibilities. \nStrong experience in enterprise consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, LRP, management reporting, and financial analysis. \nExperience preparing financial materials and insights for CFO, Board of Directors, executive leadership, or private equity stakeholders. \nAdvanced financial modelling, scenario analysis, variance analysis, and executive financial storytelling capabilities. \nProven experience leading and developing high-performing Finance teams. \nStrong experience working with US/global stakeholders in a matrixed organization. \nExcellent executive communication, stakeholder management, judgment, and ability to constructively challenge assumptions. \nTechnical Skills & Competencies: \nAdvanced Excel, financial modelling, PowerPoint, and executive reporting capabilities. \nExperience with Workday Adaptive Planning or comparable EPM/planning platforms. \nWorking knowledge of OfficeConnect, Power BI, Snowflake, and enterprise financial reporting environments. \nStrong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, reporting hierarchies, allocations, and data governance. \nAbility to translate FP&A requirements into clear business requirements for Finance Technology and Data teams. \nPreferred Attributes: \nStrong enterprise and strategic mindset with high ownership and accountability. \nExecutive presence with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights and recommendations. \nStrong analytical judgment and ability to challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities. \nCollaborative leader comfortable partnering across geographies, functions, and seniority levels. \nStrong focus on accuracy, controls, process discipline, and continuous improvement. \nProven ability to develop talent and build scalable Corporate FP&A capabilities. \nWhy Join Us? \nAt Bottomline, we are transforming the way businesses pay and get paid.
