Your skills are a qualifier, and we believe that each of us is much more than the skills we bring to our job - the person we are looking for...\nRole Overview\nAs an OneStream System Analyst, you will effectively partner with various internal and executive stakeholders (Accounting and FP&A) and build strong relationships to drive change and ensure all requirements are met on time, at or within budget, with effective delivery of OneStream functionality to stakeholders.\nIn addition, you will also assist with ongoing updates, development, and maintenance of OneStream as the primary platform for financial reporting and consolidation. You must have extensive experience with OneStream implementation and a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the day-to-day operations management of the OneStream environment and other related products as the primary reporting/consolidation platform\nWork collaboratively with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to deliver marketplace solutions to meet the requirements of current and future business needs\nDevelop and maintain ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and management reports\nUtilize your expertise in SQL and VB.NET scripting to develop and maintain robust financial reporting and analytical solutions within the OneStream platform\nApply your thorough understanding of consolidation concepts to ensure accurate and efficient consolidation of financial data across multiple entities\nPossess a good functional understanding of financial systems and processes\nFamiliarity with OneStream Marketplace tools to implement and integrate various solutions\nExperience working with OneStream solution implementation\nExperience in building metadata, business rules, forms, designing cube views, workflow, data reconciliation, data integrations, dashboards, and automations via rules\nEnsure that the OneStream solution aligns with regulatory compliance standards, internal and external audit requirements, and industry’s best practices\nExperience in migrating applications, artifacts, and deployments across environments\nAbility to configure, test, and support the OneStream application\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology\n3+ years of experience with financial reporting/consolidation software (OneStream)\nOneStream certification or equivalent training\nKnowledge of finance, accounting, internal control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)\nProven track record in financial analysis and reporting.
