The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, natural problem solver, and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.\nEssential Functions\nServe as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing project updates, and coordinating with the senior sales lead to ensure client needs are met.\nCommunicate directly with clients to gather project details, understand their needs, and provide ongoing support.\nPartner with the account team to develop quotes, proposals, and product recommendations for clients.\nAssess client needs and identify appropriate products and solutions.\nEnter and manage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.\nCollaborate with suppliers to develop virtual product specifications and resolve order challenges.\nWork closely with account team members, internal departments, and suppliers to ensure smooth order coordination and fulfillment.\nReview orders, verify details, facilitate proof approvals, track order statuses, and ensure shipments arrive as scheduled.\nAnswer client questions, resolve issues, and ensure accurate client billing.\nPrepare and maintain ongoing reports as needed.\nAssist with invoice approvals and addressing outstanding payments.\nMaintain industry and product knowledge by attending trade shows as requested.\nProvide administrative and sales support as needed.\nLight business travel may be required. \nJob Specifications\nRelevant promotional products industry experience required.\nStrong customer service and relationship-building skills, with experience communicating directly with clients.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues professionally.\nCreative, natural problem solver with strong analytical skills.\nCollaborative team player who works effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.\nDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment, and work independently.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nQuick learner with the ability to learn new systems and applications.\nStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).\nBasic knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred.\nKnowledge of NetSuite a plus.\nGraphic design skills preferred.\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn. \nBenefits & Perks\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid time off\n401(k) with company matching\nCool SWAG! \nBoundless is Your Merch Media Agency®, where creative ideas meet results-driven execution.
