Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in financial technology.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nMust-Have:\nHands-on experience in Java development.\nSpring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).\nSQL and database performance tuning.\nTest-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit/integration tests.\nExperience with multi-threading, concurrent programming, and low-latency systems.\nObject-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and architectural principles.\nProblem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nA completed Bachelor's degree.\nPreferred:\nPrior experience in the investment banking domain or financial services.\nFamiliarity with FIX protocol, trading platforms, or risk management systems.\nKnowledge of messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.\nExperience with performance profiling and optimization tools.\nExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nInformation Security Responsibilities\nPromote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols\nIdentify, assess, and report security
