Its worldwide network enables it to operate anywhere in the world with the same level of quality and safety.\nReference\n2026-2250\nJob type (offshore/onshore)\nOnshore\nPosition description\nJob title\nAccount Payable Accountant M/F\nContract type\nPermanent Contract\nRoles and responsibilities\nResponsible in:\nMaintaining the quality, reliability, compliance and performance of the AP process within the Group.\nEnsuring the accuracy of accounts payable and optimize processes, operating methods, tools and associated costs, in an international, multi-country and multi-currency environment.\nAccomplishing tasks within monthly schedule to meet Group standards and deadlines.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nProcess purchase Order and Non-Purchase Order invoices in compliance with the Group analytical key;\nConduct SOA reconciliation management.\nUndertake prepayment and pro forma invoices.\nPerform batching/Transmit payment forecasts.\nResolve anomalies and disputes in collaboration with the purchasing/supply chain department and operational departments as necessary.\nManage supplier reminders.\nManaging and monitoring prepayments. Participate in the prepayments process and procedures.\nEnsure reliability of ageing balance of suppliers.\nEmbrace digital transformation of the supplier process (SLFI/Electronic invoicing, digital signature, dematerialization, workflow).\nParticipate in adhoc projects related to the AP process.\nEnsure the management of internal, external and regulatory audits on the accounts payable perimeter.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, local and international regulatory requirements (anti-fraud, electronic invoicing, regulatory monitoring).\nPerform any other cognate duties as required.\nQualifications, Skills and Experiences\nYour profile:\nHold as minimum Diploma in Finance / ACCA Studies or an alternate acceptable related field.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience as AP accountant within international environment, multi-countries and multi-currencies.\nKnowledge of Marine Industry and/or Oil and Gas industry will be an advantage.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAttention to detail and excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines.\nProficient in MS Office tools and ability to operate specific software programmes related to the department\nAbility to work and adapt in a complex and challenging environment. \nPosition location\nJob location\nAfrica, Mauritius Island, Bambous\nCandidate criteria\nMinimum level of education required\n1 -
