Its worldwide network enables it to operate anywhere in the world with the same level of quality and safety.\nReference\n2026-2276\nJob type (offshore/onshore)\nOnshore\nPosition description\nJob title\nCost Controller\nRoles and responsibilities\nMonitor and analyze costs\nEnsure detailed analytical monitoring of vessel operating costs (crew, maintenance, consumables, insurance, fuel, food, etc.)\nEnsure the reliability of the standard daily cost for each vessel in scope and conduct in-depth variance analysis between standard and actuals\nWork at a granular level: by vessel, by cost item, by cost breakdown, by status\nMonthly review of the PO module and backlog status (open orders, invoices not received, unmatched purchase orders) with operational teams\nEnsure rigorous monitoring of Variation Orders in both analytical tracking and contract/project recharges.\nProduce qualitative and concise financial analyses to explain variances and support decision-making\nAct as « Business Partner »\nChallenge operational teams (Vessel manager, Crewing manager, etc.) on financial performance, acting as a credible and solution-oriented partner\nParticipate in management reviews and contribute to budget arbitration preparation\nProvide clear, qualitative and concise reporting and analysis explaining deviations from standards\nPropose corrective actions and cost optimization levers\nContribute to monthly financial closing within the scope\nWork closely with accounting to ensure proper recording of accruals in line with operational activity.
