maintenance and after-sales service operations.\n\n Analyze recurring failures and customer complaints, determining root causes and recommending effective corrective and preventive actions.\n\n Support the inspection, testing, and technical evaluation of new products prior to market launch.\n\n Work closely with the Quality team in monitoring and auditing suppliers and outsourced manufacturers, ensuring compliance with quality standards.\n\n Prepare technical performance and failure-analysis reports and share insights with relevant stakeholders.\n\n Contribute to product quality improvement initiatives and help reduce after-sales service costs.\n\n Support field visits, service partner engagement, and technical investigations as needed.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent).\n\n 4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within small home appliances, after-sales service, or quality management.\n\n Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to root-cause analysis.\n\n Strong command of spoken and written English.\n\n High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\n\n Strong leadership personality with sound decision-making capability.\n\n Ability to work across both office and field (production/service center) environments.\n\n Professional communication skills with suppliers, factories, and service partners.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n Experience working with OEMs or external manufacturers.\n\n Good understanding of quality systems, inspection methodologies, and audit processes.\n\n Experience in preparing and presenting technical and performance
