within the Development Services team and is responsible for executing horizontal infrastructure across large-scale developments.\nIn this role, you will partner closely with Development Principals, Construction leadership, and internal stakeholders to ensure land is delivered on time, on budget, and ready to support vertical construction across multiple product types.\nWhat We Are Looking You’ll Spend Your Time Here\nLead execution of land development activities, including grading, utilities, stormwater systems, and roadway infrastructure \nServe as the Company’s on-site representative, overseeing contractors and subcontractors \nMonitor contractor performance, schedules, and milestones to ensure alignment with project goals \nCoordinate sitework sequencing to support overall project and vertical construction timelines \nReview plans for constructability, compliance, and Company standards \nManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field issues \nSupport project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking, including pay applications \nLead construction meetings, field walks, and coordination with civil engineers, surveyors, geotechnical and environmental consultants, contractors, utilities, municipalities, and internal teams \nCoordinate with municipalities, inspectors, and utility providers for permits, inspections, and approvals \nCoordinate entitlement, permitting, plan review, and agency approval processes with applicable jurisdictions and project consultants \nEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards \nProvide clear project updates and reporting to internal stakeholders \nSupport project closeout, including as-builts, inspections, turnover, and documentation \nIdentify design conflicts, infrastructure constraints, utility challenges, and potential schedule impacts early and drive issues toward resolution \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field \n5+ years of experience in construction or project management, with a focus on land development or civil/sitework projects preferably across commercial or mixed-use projects \nExperience coordinating with municipalities, utility providers, and consultants \nProficiency with construction scheduling and project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar)
