Your expertise will be instrumental in providing technical guidance primarily with temporary works and buildability as well as undertaking critical design reviews, value engineering and governance for permanent works during bidding and preconstruction stages. You will also be promoting safety and sustainability, and driving buildability across our projects. identifying training needs for self and junior team members.\n Maintain open communication and team spirit, proactively managing technical integrity and processes.\n Actively participate in business development activities, representing Lendlease during client engagements and industry networking events.\n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.\n Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record in engineering leadership roles.\n Strong knowledge of design safety, sustainability, and buildability practices.\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.\n Proficiency in engineering software and tools, including design and value engineering audit software.\n Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on quality and compliance.\n Willingness to travel as required for project needs and business development activities.\n Membership or active participation in recognized engineering institutions, such as ICE or IStructE.\n A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to continuous professional
