We’ve studied and worked at top institutions and companies like Stanford, TUM, Google, EA, and YC -backed AI startups.\nThe role\nOwn outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn and cold calling to build a qualified lead pipeline\n\nConvert inbound leads into booked demos, fast and reliably\n\nBuild and refine our outreach playbook: messaging, sequences and positioning\n\nSit in on every demo to understand how we sell and what customers care about\n\nTrack your activity in the CRM and flag what's working and what isn't\n\nNurture long-term accounts with thoughtful follow-ups and signal-based reactivations\n\nWork shoulder-to-shoulder with our founder Steven, with no layers and no bureaucracy\n\nYou\nYou shake off rejection easily\n\nYou write clearly, speak confidently and know how to get to the point\n\nYou're curious about what customers actually need, not just hitting dial quotas\n\nYou're energised by ambiguity, not slowed down by it\n\nYou want to grow into closing deals, and the Account Executive path excites you\n\nYou're self-motivated, and hunger matters more to us than pedigree\n\nRequirements\nPrior experience at a startup or in a sales role (internships count)\n\n4 days per week in our Munich office (Balanstraße)\n\nFluent German required;
