Over half the team are former founders, with backgrounds across DeepTech AI, gaming, and other startups. We’ve studied and worked at institutions and companies including Stanford, TUM, Google, EA, and YC-backed AI startups.\nThe role\nYou will define and implement our design system together with the product team and improve the overall UI/UX of our platform.\n\nYou will work closely with product to design beautiful user experiences for upcoming features.\n\nYou will build and ship features across our React / TypeScript / Tailwind frontend.\n\nYou will own your work, collaborate closely with the team (product, engineering and customer success) and continuously improve our app.\n\nYou\nAre an engineer turned designer, or vice versa, or always have been the one on the team understanding the value of easy-to-use interfaces.\n\nHave 3+ years of experience shipping frontend production code.\n\nHave 3+ years of experience designing for the web.\n\nHave a portfolio of projects that show your product sense and design taste.\n\nMay have some interest in upskilling into backend development.\n\nAre based in Germany and have the right to work here.\n\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive salary based on experience (€65,000 - €100,000)\n\nEquity in the company (0.5 - 1%)\n\nFully remote, hybrid, or onsite?
