label printers.\nAssist in deploying and updating Retail ERP / POS software applications.\nTrack and maintain IT asset inventory across all retail branches (hardware, licenses, peripherals).\nUser Management & Basic Security:\nSet up user credentials and access rights for store employees (Active Directory, Office 365, or Google Workspace).\nApply data backups, antivirus software updates, and ensure compliance with company IT security policies.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience: 1–2 years of experience in IT support, preferably within the Retail, F&B, or FMCG sectors.\nTechnical Skills:\nFamiliarity with POS systems and retail hardware peripherals (scanners, thermal printers, scale systems).\nGood knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and networking basics (TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, VPNs).\nBasic experience with Active Directory or Office 365 / Google Workspace administration.\nHands-on hardware troubleshooting skills.\n\nSoft Skills:\nStrong problem-solving abilities and high responsiveness during operational hours.\nFlexibility to manage
