This role is suited for a proactive individual who is customer-obsessed, commercially minded, and eager to learn about and bring a new perspective to the insurance and fintech space.\nYou’ll join Bowtie’s B2B team and learn how modern group medical insurance is built, priced, sold, and delivered in a digital-first environment.\nThis role blends pricing, commercial insight, partner management, and product thinking - giving you a rare end-to-end view of how an insurance business actually works.\nAcross two years, you’ll rotate through core functions such as wellness (6 months), benefits consulting (6 months), marketing (6 months), and platform strategy (6 months). By the end of the program, you will understand the full B2B value chain and be able to contribute to strategic, data-driven decisions.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing \nSupport pricing and quotation work for group medical and employee benefits solutions \nHelp the B2B team engage brokers, corporates, and partners through prospecting, proposals, and renewals \nCoordinate onboarding for new partners, ensuring smooth documentation, training, and platform setup \nAnalyze partner performance, market trends, and feedback to improve products and processes \nWork closely with product, operations, data, and marketing to deliver seamless B2B experiences\nHow You’ll Grow \nThroughout your rotations, you will: \nLearn how employee benefits are designed and delivered in real corporate settings \nUnderstand how pricing, underwriting logic, and portfolio performance drive commercial decisions \nBuild hands-on experience in marketing, growth strategy, and competitive benchmarking \nSee how Bowtie’s technology, data, and operations work together to scale B2B health insurance \nDevelop the communication skills to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights\nWho This Program Is For \nSomeone who wants a broad and practical foundation in B2B health insurance. Someone who enjoys data, understands customers, and wants to work at the intersection of product, commercial strategy, and technology.
