80%)\nOwn end-to-end recruitment for all tech roles including Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA, Product, and Data etc\n\nBuild sourcing strategies using job portals, networks, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives\n\nConduct detailed screening and evaluations to ensure top-quality talent pipelines\n\nCollaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, interview plans, and feedback loops\n\nManage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and post-offer engagement\n\nDrive campus hiring programs and establish partnerships with top engineering and management colleges\n\nUse ATS and recruitment dashboards effectively for tracking and reporting\n\nHR Collaboration (Secondary Focus - 20%)\nSupport the employee engagement agenda through activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms\n\nCollaborate in performance review processes and feedback frameworks\n\nPartner with internal stakeholders to nurture a strong, positive, and inclusive work culture\n\nWho You Are\n3 to 4.5 years of hands-on experience in technical hiring (product-based/startup experience is a must)\n\nProven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple open roles, and close positions within tight timelines\n\nStrong exposure to campus hiring, stakeholder management, and talent branding\n\nFamiliarity with ATS tools (e.g., Recruitee, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and strong Excel skills for reporting and tracking\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\n\nProactive, execution-driven, and adaptable to change\n\nPassionate about tech, people, and creating meaningful hiring experiences\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMBA in Human Resources from a Tier I/II/III college\n\n3+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in tech startup/product-based companies and QSR domain\n\nStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills\n\nAgile, adaptable, and driven -
