Flexibility will occasionally be required around installations, commissioning, venue access and maintenance schedules, including some evenings, weekends and holidays.\nAbout Boxbar Tech\nBoxbar Tech is an award-winning, high-growth technology company transforming the way drinks are served across venues, stadiums, arenas and hospitality environments globally.\nWe have created automated self-service drinks technology designed to increase service speed, improve quality, reduce queues, drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience for our partners.\nOur technology combines mechanical, electrical, dispense and connected technology to create a complete beverage service solution.\nWe work with major venues, hospitality operators, sporting organisations and entertainment partners around the world, including Live Nation, ASM Global, LIV Golf, Levy, Sodexo, AEG Presents, Soldier Field, Manchester United, Arsenal, Manchester City, Juventus, Co-op Live and many more.\nAs we continue to grow our US operation, we are looking for a technically capable Beverage Dispense Technician to support the installation, commissioning, servicing and ongoing maintenance of Boxbar technology across our growing customer base.\nAbout the Role\nThis is a hands-on field engineering and technical support role focused primarily on installations, new venue launches and ongoing maintenance.\nYou will help install and commission Boxbar systems at new customer locations, provide technical support during the critical launch period and then help maintain those systems throughout their operational life.\nYou will work with mechanical, electrical, beverage dispense and connected technology, diagnosing faults, completing preventative maintenance and ensuring our equipment remains safe, reliable and performing to the standard our customers expect.\nThis is not primarily an events role. While some customers operate within stadiums, arenas and live entertainment environments, the core purpose of the position is to provide professional field service support to our growing installed technology base across the US.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstallations & Commissioning\nSupport the installation of Boxbar machines and associated beverage technology at new customer venues.\nCarry out equipment positioning, assembly, connection, setup and commissioning.\nWork with internal project teams, venue teams, contractors and other technical partners during installations.\nComplete installation checks and ensure equipment is safe, operational and ready for customer handover.\nTest mechanical, electrical, dispense and technology functionality before launch.\nIdentify installation issues early and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them.\nMaintain accurate installation documentation, commissioning records and site information.\nEnsure installations are completed professionally, safely and to Boxbar standards.\nNew Venue Launch Support\nProvide on-site technical support when new Boxbar installations go live.\nEnsure systems are fully operational and performing correctly during initial customer use.\nTrain venue teams and nominated customer representatives on correct equipment operation.\nExplain basic troubleshooting and maintenance procedures to customer teams.\nMonitor equipment performance during the launch period and resolve technical issues quickly.\nCapture feedback and technical learnings from new installations.\nWork closely with Operations, Product and Engineering teams to ensure any recurring issues are identified and addressed.\nService, Maintenance & Repairs\nCarry out planned preventative maintenance across installed Boxbar equipment.\nDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, beverage dispense and operational faults.\nReplace components and complete approved repairs in the field.\nInspect systems to identify potential issues before they become failures.\nCarry out equipment cleaning, testing, calibration and servicing where required.\nMaintain appropriate spare parts, tools and service equipment.\nRespond to customer technical issues and service requests in a professional and timely manner.\nEscalate complex technical faults clearly to Engineering, Product or senior technical colleagues when required.\nComplete accurate maintenance and service reports following every visit.\nTechnical Troubleshooting\nDiagnose equipment faults systematically and identify root causes wherever possible.\nWork confidently with mechanical components, electrical systems, beverage dispense equipment and connected technology.\nUse technical documentation, fault-finding processes and diagnostic tools effectively.\nSupport remote troubleshooting where a customer issue can be resolved without a site visit.\nFeed recurring faults and technical observations back to Product and Engineering.\nContribute to improved troubleshooting guides, maintenance procedures and technical documentation.\nCustomer & Venue Support\nBuild strong working relationships with customer technical teams, venue operators and contractors.\nCommunicate technical information clearly and practically.\nRepresent Boxbar professionally whenever working at customer locations.\nTake ownership of problems and keep customers informed through to resolution.\nHelp customers get maximum reliability and performance from their Boxbar technology.\nIdentify opportunities where additional servicing, equipment or technical improvements may benefit the customer.\nContinuous Improvement\nProvide feedback on equipment performance, reliability and maintainability.\nHighlight recurring technical issues and opportunities for product improvement.\nSupport Product and Engineering teams with field observations and technical feedback.\nHelp develop installation standards, maintenance schedules, checklists and service procedures.\nContribute to improving the way Boxbar installs and supports equipment as our US operation scales.\nAbout You\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys installing, fixing and maintaining equipment and takes pride in leaving technology working properly.\nYou do not need previous experience with Boxbar technology. to evolve.\nKey Skills and Experience\nEssential\nPrevious experience within field service, equipment maintenance, installations, beverage dispense, mechanical/electrical maintenance or another hands-on technical environment.\nPractical mechanical troubleshooting and repair capability.\nExperience working with electrical or electromechanical equipment.\nAbility to diagnose technical faults methodically.\nExperience installing, servicing or maintaining physical equipment.\nComfortable using hand tools, diagnostic equipment and technical documentation.\nStrong customer-facing communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage field-based appointments effectively.\nGood attention to detail and commitment to completing work correctly.\nAbility to complete clear service, installation and maintenance documentation.\nWillingness to travel regularly throughout the US.\nValid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations.\nHighly Desirable\nExperience with beverage dispense, draft systems, beer systems, cellar equipment or commercial beverage equipment.\nExperience with pumps, valves, pipework, refrigeration or fluid systems.\nElectrical troubleshooting experience.\nExperience with automated equipment, kiosks, vending, robotics or self-service technology.\nExperience commissioning equipment at new customer locations.\nExperience carrying out preventative maintenance programs.\nExperience supporting technically integrated equipment involving hardware and software.\nExperience working within stadiums, arenas, hospitality venues or other high-volume customer environments.\nOSHA-10, electrical safety, ServSafe Alcohol, TIPS or other relevant technical/safety qualifications.\nTravel & Working Environment\nThis is a field-based position supporting customers across the US.\nRegular travel will therefore form an important part of the role and may include:\nCustomer venues and hospitality locations.\nStadiums, arenas and entertainment venues.\nNew installation sites.\nWarehouses and technical facilities.\nOvernight and interstate travel.\nOccasional early starts, late finishes or
