From onboarding through our Self-Onboarding platform to ongoing account development, you’ll help partners get connected, start shipping and grow their parcel volumes.\nWhat you’ll do\nGuide SME partners through our Self-Onboarding platform, following up proactively to turn registrations into active accounts.\nSupport partners with integration questions, coordinate with our technical team where needed and help them present BOX NOW effectively at checkout.\nBuild relationships through regular phone conversations, understanding each partner’s needs and identifying opportunities to grow.\nUse mass communication tools to deliver targeted campaigns, commercial updates and special promotions across your portfolio.\nMonitor account performance in Excel, identify inactive or underperforming partners and take action to increase shipping activity.\nPromote relevant services, including cash on delivery and international shipping, to support partner growth.\nWhat you’ll bring\n1-2 years of experience in sales, account management or a similar commercial role.\nA strong sales mindset: you enjoy pursuing opportunities, following up and achieving measurable results.\nConfident communication skills and the willingness to pick up the phone and engage with customers.\nStrong practical Excel skills to analyse data, track performance and prioritise actions.
