This is a great opportunity for someone with some FCA-regulated experience who wants to develop their career across compliance, governance and risk.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nYou’ll work with teams across Zuno and our external partners to help keep compliance at the heart of how we operate.\nYou’ll be involved in:\nMonitoring compliance across regulated sales and customer journeys.\n\nSupporting Consumer Duty, conduct risk, complaints and customer outcomes.\n\nReviewing customer interactions as part of our Quality Assurance process.\n\nSupporting governance meetings, audits, reviews and regulatory requests.\n\nProducing reports and dashboards to track compliance, quality and risk.\n\nIdentifying improvements to processes and customer journeys.\n\nWorking with teams to provide feedback, support and challenge where needed.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nWe’re looking for someone who is curious, organised and keen to learn. You don't need to know everything already, we want someone who is comfortable asking questions, taking ownership and getting stuck in.\nIdeally, you’ll have:\nExperience in an FCA-regulated environment.\n\nAn understanding of Consumer Duty, conduct risk and customer outcomes.\n\nExperience in compliance, QA, governance, risk or operational processes.\n\nStrong attention to detail and communication skills.\n\nThe ability to interpret guidance and turn it into practical actions.\n\nExperience with Credit Broking, FCA Appointed Representative models, complaints, vulnerable customers, financial promotions, audits, SOX or SOC 2 would be a bonus.\nWhy Zuno?\nThis isn't about ticking boxes.
