You'll work closely with engineers, supply chain partners and customers to coordinate materials, track deliveries, resolve issues and keep accurate information updated across our systems. You'll also support the wider team with training, guidance and day-to-day problem solving.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide daily support to the team, assisting with workload, answering queries and offer training to new and existing members of the team.\n\nEngage with engineers to ensure they have materials required for the daily installs.\n\nTrack daily deliveries and ensure all engineers have the most up to date information when requested.\n\nCommunicate daily with supply chain partners.\n\nOrganise for any missing or damaged equipment to be reissued and delivered to site.\n\nUpdate ZUNO admin platform regularly to ensure all recommendations, costs, technical knowledge and information is being recorded for each job.\n\nEnsure the team is using admin effectively to gain information required.\n\nLiaise with customers where necessary to assist with any issues and ensure the smooth running of their install.\n\nWork alongside the manager to efficiently resolve any team issues.\n\nAbout Zuno\nWhen you join Zuno, you join more than a trailblazing installation company.
