Zuno is bringing that same digital-first thinking to home energy, connecting brands, products and engineers through technology to make installations simpler, smarter and more scalable.\nThe Role\nAs a Solar Technical Designer, you'll help plan solar and battery storage installations before our engineers arrive at a customer's home.\nYou'll review property information, check that the right products and materials have been ordered, and make sure engineers have everything they need to complete installations successfully. You'll also help solve technical problems and support engineers when issues arise.\nNo solar experience or formal qualifications are required, we'll provide training. We're looking for someone who's organised, enjoys problem-solving and is keen to learn about renewable energy.\nWhat you'll be doing\nReviewing property information and surveys to help plan installations.\n\nChecking products and materials are suitable for each job.\n\nEnsuring engineers have the right equipment and information.\n\nHelping resolve technical issues and supporting engineers.\n\nKeeping job records accurate and communicating with the wider team.\n\nLearning and applying relevant solar installation standards and manufacturer guidelines.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nA good eye for detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset.\n\nStrong organisational and communication skills.\n\nAn interest in technology, engineering or renewable energy.\n\nA willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.\n\nPrevious experience in solar, electrical work, construction or engineering is helpful but not essential.
