This role involves managing the recruitment process from initial vacancy briefing through to offer, sourcing and assessing candidates, and working closely with hiring managers to support the delivery of recruitment objectives.\nThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat we are looking for:\nExperience: 2+ years of proven experience in agency recruitment or high volume talent acquisition role.\nAbility to manage multiple active vacancies concurrently while maintaining high quality of hire.\n\nUnderstanding of end-to-end recruitment methodologies and multi-channel sourcing tactics.\n\nProficient in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and databases to engage both active and passive talent pools.\n\nConfident in conducting initial screening calls and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.\n\nDemonstrated capability to partner with hiring managers and deliver an outstanding, collaborative candidate experience.\n\nHands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Teamtailor) alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office.\n\nThrives in a fast-paced environment;
