Issue Internal Control Exception Reports (ICERs) for variances outside of company policy.\nPerform daily fraud risk and exception audits and report any unusual activity to supervisor.\nCreate journal entries for daily revenue posting.\nComplete detailed transactional audits, as needed or defined per company policy.\nExamine documents for compliance with company internal controls.\nReconcile non-gaming documentation to system activity, investigate variances, and prepare adjustments required to daily journal entry.\nPrepare Internal Control Exception Reports (ICERs) for non-compliance with internal controls.\nCompile and maintain documentation to support audit.\nCommunicate problems or discrepancies to supervisor/management in a timely and efficient manner.\nPromote, develop and maintain effective communication, interaction, and excellent relationship with internal customers, including ensuring their requirements are identified and consistently met.\nTo promote an effective relationship between the department, the operating property, other departments and to ensure effective operational processes.\nPerform all functions with the highest level of integrity.\nObserve and follow all safety procedures.\nPerforms all other job related duties as requested.\n High School diploma or equivalent.\nMust have beginner level skills with Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook, basic office equipment, and 10-key.\nAbility to understand change management.\nWorking knowledge of company internal controls and policies.\nGood written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate ability to resolve all situations in a professional manner.\nExcellent customer service skills.
