maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other related systems.\nJob Functions\nPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other related systems.\nTroubleshoot problems with systems and take appropriate corrective action.\nRespond to emergency situations such as fire, power outage, gas or water leaks.\nMaintain equipment with standard preventative maintenance procedures.\nNotify management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.\nMaintain records on all equipment maintenance and repair.\nOther duties as assigned by management.\n Must be at least 21 years of age.\nTrade school graduate or equivalent experience.\nThree(3) years of experience in a commercial or industrial setting preferred.\nMust be able to safely and effectively operate hand and power tools.\nMust be able to read, comprehend, and apply technical material, schematics, and blueprints.\nMust be able to
