As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while managing all front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nGreet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression\nProcess guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the property management system\nManage reservations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy and attention to detail\nHandle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services\nProcess payments and maintain accurate financial records for all transactions\nAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages to appropriate departments or staff members\nResolve guest concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary\nMaintain security protocols, including key management and access control procedures\nCoordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction\nKeep the front desk area organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary materials\nMonitor and report any maintenance issues or security concerns to management\nPerform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record-keeping\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMinimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities\nProficiency with computer systems and basic software applications\nProfessional demeanor with a customer-first mindset\nAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure\nExperience with property management systems (PMS) or hotel reservation software\nPrevious front desk or guest services experience\nKnowledge of hotel operations and amenities\nExperience with conflict resolution
