Our past success, our current business philosophies and our sound business planning, combine to position Boyd Gaming Corporation to maximize value for our shareholders, our team members and our communities.\n Assists with the overall Human Resources Departmental operations by providing assistance and support with project-oriented responsibilities and performing routine tasks and duties such as data entry and audits, customer service, report writing and research.\n This is an entry level position. Starting pay is between $15.95 - $19.95/per hour.\nProvide excellent customer service by responding to requests for information through understanding of policies and practices within his/her prescribed HR function (i.e. HRIS, Employee Relations, Compensation, Training & Development, etc.).\nPerform research for special projects as directed by Human Resources Director by gathering relevant data and preparing and summarizing results.\nAssist in ensuring data integrity of HR systems by performing compliance audits and writing and summarizing reports.\nPerform data maintenance and make necessary corrections in the various HR systems.\nAssist with maintenance and revisions of HR training manuals and other documentation.\nDevelop timely and accurate ad-hoc reports.\nAssists with providing training to property HR staff on various HR processes and systems.\nAssist with records maintenance.\nOther duties as assigned.\nHigh school diploma required.\nOne (1) year of previous experience in Human Resources preferred.\nKnowledge of automated HRIS systems preferred.\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Office.\nIntermediate level Word and Excel skills required.\nGood written and
