Monitor budgets costs and labor to maintain assigned outlets.\nMonitor and oversee the operation of assigned restaurant to ensure\ncompliance with company standards, policies, procedures and all Federal,\nState and local liquor, health and safety regulations.\nResponsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to\ninterviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, evaluating, promoting,\ncounseling, and discharging.\nEnsure prompt and courteous service to customers;
