They are also responsible for greeting customers, cash register transactions, gift-wrapping, stocking sales floor, maintaining a clean working environment and assisting guests with their needs.\nThe Retail Sales Associate:\nUses the equipment associated with the position, including electronic cash register, 10-key adding machine, credit card machines, ticket machine, computer and keyboard.\nCommunicates effectively with customers and all levels of employees.\nReviews and comprehends all necessary documentation.\nInspects and maintains areas for which responsible, as well as ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make change.\nEffectively and efficiently moves around work area.\n This position requires physical mobility, including, but not limited to, lifting, carrying and pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds.
