This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, cultivating player relationships, and maintaining a positive Company image while upholding operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise, coach, and support dealers to ensure optimal performance and professional conduct in assigned gaming areas.\nMaintain comprehensive knowledge of all assigned table games and accurately calculate all payoffs and wagers.\nMonitor and ensure strict compliance with gaming regulations, Company policies, and established procedures at all times.\nCirculate throughout assigned areas to maintain visible supervision and operational oversight.\nUtilize gaming systems to manage credit lines, issue credit, and maintain accurate financial records.\nCultivate and maintain positive customer relationships by evaluating player activity and extending complimentary services in accordance with Company guidelines.\nConduct annual performance evaluations for designated team members and provide constructive feedback.\nInspect and monitor equipment changes, including cards and dice, and authorize new equipment for use only after verification of compliance standards.\nAddress customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the Shift Manager when appropriate.\nMinimum age requirement of 21 years\nComprehensive knowledge of table games operations, gaming regulations, and Company policies and procedures\nDemonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in a gaming or hospitality environment\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor team members\nStrong customer service orientation with proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive client relationships\nAbility to obtain and maintain all required gaming license as mandated by regulatory authorities\nDemonstrated commitment to compliance, integrity, and adherence to established
