The role will report to the Data Center commercial Head. As the Sales Operations leader for Boyd Thermal and Eaton Datacenter business within Eaton's evolving Global Data Center commercial organization, the Director also enables strategic account execution, pipeline and , incentive plan management, and help prepare quarterly pipeline analytics for the Data Center segment. commercial operations with Eaton's broader Global Data Center operating model.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Sales Operations for Boyd Thermal and Eaton’s Global Data Center business, driving commercial excellence through Salesforce, data governance, reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.\nPartner with Global Account Leaders and commercial teams to improve visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, customer demand, account performance, capacity constraints, and commercial risks.\nDevelop and execute sales operations strategies that support profitable growth, strategic account expansion, and long-range planning across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center customers.\nProvide commercial insights and analytics that support SIOP, capacity planning, investment decisions, resource allocation, and executive decision-making.\nEstablish scalable processes, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that improve sales productivity and enable data-driven business decisions.\nLead territory planning, sales target deployment, incentive administration, commission management, and alignment of commercial objectives across Sales, Finance, and HR.\nDrive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, Legal, and HR to support business growth, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness.\nEnsure compliance with commercial policies, pricing governance, regulatory requirements, customer documentation standards, and applicable trade regulations.\nLead strategic business initiatives, organizational change efforts, and the integration of systems, processes, and governance within Eaton's Global Data Center operating model.\nBasic (Required) Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, operations, information systems, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.\n10 years’ experience in sales, marketing, sales operations, commercial operations or related field\nPreferred Qualifications\nDemonstrated experience with Salesforce governance and administration, master data, forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and commercial process design.\nExperience coordinating sales incentives, territories, targets, representative commissions, and financial alignment across business functions.\nProficiency with business intelligence and reporting tools, including Power BI or comparable platforms.\nExperience leading cross-functional programs, organizational transitions, process improvement, and change management.\n#LI-AH1\nAll Job Posting Locations\nRemote Ohio\nRemote Type\nHybridEEO Statement\nBoyd Corpis an equal opportunity employer.
