In this position, you will be responsible for operating the trim press while making die-cast components, ensuring that they meet our quality standards and production timelines. Key responsibilities include operating trim press, performing quality checks, and collaborating with team members to optimize the manufacturing process. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset are crucial as you contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing goals.\nThis position is for 1st shift 7am-3pm.\nCompensation $15-$16 per hour. Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nEssential Functions:\nOperate trim press machine \nTrim, inspect, and pack castings according to department procedures and part number work instructions \nRead and follow documented work instructions daily \nEnter production counts into Guardian ERP system \nComplete production-related documentation accurately and thoroughly (P-Charts, etc.) \nMaintain a clean and orderly work area \nCarry out duties as defined by Supervisor or Lead \nAdhere to all Company policies and procedures related to safety, conduction, and manufacturing practices \nMust support and follow the QMS requirements \nPerform other duties as assigned \nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) \nEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.\nNo relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
