We are not offering sponsorship to applicants for employment visa status.\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES\nLeads the technical design and development of complex full-stack web applications, translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.\n\nLeads the team in establishing and upholding coding standards, code review practices, and documentation expectations.\n\nDesigns and maintains relational and non-relational database structures to ensure data integrity, performance, and minimal redundancy.\n\nContributes to the strategy for CI/CD pipeline integration, automated testing practices, and code repository branching.\n\nBuilds and maintains APIs and integrate third-party services and open-source tooling.\n\nWrites unit, integration, and end-to-end tests as a standard part of development.\n\nCollaborates with UX/design, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, accessible user experiences.\n\nApplies security best practices to all layers of the application stack (OWASP, OAuth2, role-based access control).\n\nMonitors production systems, respond to incidents, and drive root-cause resolution.\n\nCoordinates project activities with internal staff, software vendors, and other users to meet system objectives.\n\nDevelops and maintains high customer satisfaction while working in partnership with vendors, cross-functional teams and management.\n\nCultivates data for business insight via organizational reporting tools.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\nStrong proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - including responsive and adaptive design patterns.\n\nExperience with Webpack, Vite, or other modern front-end build tooling.\n\nBack-end development experience using Node.js, .net core, or equivalent.\n\nStrong experience developing server-side applications and APIs using RESTful and gRPC service architecture.\n\nSolid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) including complex queries, and familiarity with non-relational options (MongoDB).\n\nProficiency writing unit and integration tests using frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows (Git, Bitbucket, or equivalent).\n\nWorking knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred) and containerization technologies, such as Docker.\n\nFamiliarity with web security practices including OWASP top 10, OAuth2, and JWT.\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nAbility to analyze problems, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend solutions.\n\nDemonstrated commitment to code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.\n\nUnderstanding of browser compatibility, platform differences, and UI/UX principles.\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, API documentation, architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, and support procedures.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience required.\n\nMinimum of 7 years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated full-stack ownership required.\n\nExperience with headless content management systems Experience with shell scripting in Linux or Windows environments required.\n\nExperience delivering enterprise applications through the full software development lifecycle required.\n\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum development environments required.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience with end-to-end testing tools preferred.\n\nKnowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards and assistive technology compatibility preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with Azure Monitor or other observability/APM tools preferred.\n\nExperience with Figma for design collaboration or prototyping preferred.\n\nExperience with reporting tools such as Power BI or SQL Server Reporting Services preferred.\n\nTechnical certifications preferred.\n\nOther Duties: This job description incorporates the essential functions and duties required for this position.
