That might mean building an assistant that helps colleagues find the right information faster, supporting our customer-facing teams with smarter tools, or connecting AI capabilities with our existing products and systems.\n\nThis is a practical, hands-on engineering role. You’ll have space to explore new ideas, but the goal is always the same: build something useful, reliable, and ready for the real world.\n\nYou don’t need to know every technology in our stack from day one. We’re looking for a strong software engineer who already has some hands-on experience with AI and wants to go deeper.\n\nLocation: Aarhus, Denmark - regular office presence is required.\n\nAbout the Team: We call ourselves the “Unified Platform Services” team and work across products and development teams to build shared solutions and make individual product teams more effective. We also help shape how AI is used across our different products. We are a small team with a mix of skills across AI, DevOps, and traditional software development.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing\n\nAs our new AI engineer colleague, you will be assigned to specific AI projects and deliveries, but you’ll also share what you learn and help other development teams make effective use of AI tools.
