Guided by our core values of concern, creativity, passion and the pursuit of perfection, we are inspired and empowered to reach higher, unlock our full potential and be truly extraordinary.\nPrimary Responsibilities: \nYou are responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly sales quotas and contributes to meeting the property’s targeted resident retention goal by providing remarkable customer service. You will lead the Sales and Marketing Associate team to generate revenue for properties through sales and renewal activity.\nAs a Leasing Manager, your primary responsibilities include:\nGenerate new leases and achieve monthly sales quotas\nMotivate, train and lead sales and service team to reach leasing goals\nConduct 3 follow ups per lead with a conversion ratio of 8% to onsite appointments.\nFollow up with a phone call to every prospect within 24 hours of a property tour. Additional follow up via e-mail to take place within 48 hours.\nMaintain a closing ratio of 30%.\nGenerate a minimum of one outreach event weekly.\nWork with Bozzuto’s marketing team to coordinate overall company branding.\nKnow competitors and be able to leverage the Bozzuto product and people as a differentiation in the marketplace\nProficiently articulate the value proposition of the property.\nDeliver a positive and consistent in person experience with all prospective customers.\nSet up monthly meetings with local employers to provide packets of information about the community and cultivate partnership-marketing opportunities.\nUpdate property Facebook page three times per week.\nShop all competition within immediate competitive set quarterly.\nReview monthly market surveys and be knowledgeable of content.\nComplete weekly competitive set survey.\nReport all property deficiencies to appropriate manager.\nRespond to, follow up on and close work order requests when applicable.\nEnsure lease paperwork is accurate.\nAdministrative duties as assigned.\nDeliver timely and remarkable customer service to community residents.\nAttend resident social events\nInteract with all constituents (residents, staff, clients, vendors) in a professional and courteous manner.\nRemain calm and friendly when resolving customer issues or interacting with upset customers.\nVigorously resolve or communicate resident concerns and issues\nWorking weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home-three weekends per month with two days off during the week.\nWhat You Bring to Us:\n4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience\nPrevious Leasing experience in the multi-family industry\n1-3 years of business to consumer sales experience in a Property Management, Retail or Hospitality environment\n1-3 years of phone sales experience\n1-3 years of customer service experience\nIndustry experience highly desired\nA real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) where applicable\nA customer-focused mentality\nSales aptitude\nThis position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.\nSalary Range\n$65,000—$68,000 USD\nWhen you join Bozzuto, you're not just accepting a job; you are becoming part of a community that cares about your overall well-being and professional growth.
