You exude Bozzuto pride and you bring your passion for people, apartment living and trendy neighborhoods with you to work every day.\nAs a Property Manager, your primary responsibilities include:\nLeading by example and being a role model for the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of Bozzuto\nExecution of sales, marketing and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and customer retention goals\nManaging the financial performance of the property\nCreating and delivering timely and accurate financial and operational reports to clients\nCultivating and maintaining strong relationships and loyalty with all constituents\nMaintaining expert level competitive marketplace intelligence\nPartnering with consumer marketing to implement marketing strategies\nConsistent guest satisfaction that yields outstanding customer satisfaction ratings and community reviews\nWorking weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home-one weekend per month with two days off during the week\nInspiring the professional growth and development of all team members\nRolling up your sleeves and assisting team members-no job is “below your pay grade”\nWhat You Bring to Us:\n4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience\n5+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries\nA strong leadership track record\nAn impeccable client and customer relationship track record\nRevenue, budget and P&L management experience\nProficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred)\nStrong financial skills with a basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles\nOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbal\nA sharp professional appearance\nThis position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.\nSalary Range\n$90,000—$105,000 USD\nWhen you join Bozzuto, you're not just accepting a job; you are becoming part of a community that cares about your overall well-being and professional growth.
