You’re a quick thinker and thrive in a fast-paced environment, yet your obsession for details positions you perfectly for this leadership role.\nAs a Roving Assistant Property Manager (Roving APM), your primary responsibilities include:\nLeading by example, living the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of Bozzuto\nAchieving financial objectives through rent collection and by managing delinquency\nSales and marketing to include conducting informative and personalized tours of the community which result in new leases\nBuilding brand loyalty by striving to ensure every resident interaction is positive\nEnsuring that the community’s interior and exterior are impeccable and the team appropriately represents the Bozzuto brand with a crisp, professional appearance\nCoaching, mentoring and inspiring team members\nWorking weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home-one to two weekends per month with two days off during the week\nStepping in and taking responsibility for leading when the Property Manager is not present\nWhat You Bring to Us\n4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience\n2+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries\nExposure to revenue, P&L and budget management\nProficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and a passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content\nOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbal\nCompetent with industry software (YARDI preferred), apps and computer programs\nSales aptitude\nAbility to travel (roving) amongst a portfolio of properties within Northern Virginia.\nThis position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.\nSalary Range\n$63,000—$65,000 USD\nWhen you join Bozzuto, you're not just accepting a job; you are becoming part of a community that cares about your overall well-being and professional growth.
