It provides structured analysis that enables informed decisions, reduces ambiguity and helps ensure delivered solutions meet business, operational and user needs.\nScope & Scale\nProject focus\nSupports digital and technology projects across Corporate Affairs, including global web, content, brand, communications, data, automation and operational capabilities.\nLifecycle coverage\nWorks from discovery and project definition through requirements, solution design, delivery, UAT, implementation and early-life support.\nAnalysis ownership\nOwns analysis activities for an agreed project or workstream, maintaining requirements, process models, traceability and supporting artefacts.\nPartner reach\nEngages business users, subject-matter experts, delivery teams, suppliers and governance partners across global and regional teams.\nDelivery environment\nWorks across Agile, hybrid or project delivery approaches and supports effective use of backlogs, user stories, documentation and decision controls.\nKey Responsibilities\nRequirements Elicitation & Management\nPlan and lead requirements-gathering activities with business users, subject-matter experts and delivery partners.\nTranslate business needs into clear, structured and testable requirements, epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.\nDefine functional and non-functional requirements, including operational, security, privacy, accessibility, data and support needs.\nMaintain requirements traceability from business objective through design, build, testing and implementation.\nManage changes to requirements, assess impacts and ensure decisions are documented and communicated.\nBusiness Process Analysis & Project Definition\nMap current-state and future-state processes, workflows, user journeys, roles, hand-offs and difficulties.\nIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for simplification, automation and improved ways of working.\nSupport project discovery, scope definition, options analysis, feasibility assessment and prioritisation.\nContribute to arguments by defining problems, benefits, impacts, assumptions, costs and measurable outcomes.\nHelp establish clear project boundaries, dependencies, governance needs and definitions of done.\nPartner Engagement & Facilitation\nPlan and facilitate workshops, interviews, playback sessions and requirements reviews.\nBuild effective relationships across business, technology, suppliers and project governance groups.\nBalance conflicting partner needs and use structured analysis to support alignment and decisions.\nPresent complex information clearly using concise narratives, process maps, models and decision-ready recommendations.\nRaise unresolved requirements, risks and decisions with clear options and impacts.\nSolution Support & Delivery Collaboration\nWork with architects, engineers, designers and suppliers to ensure proposed solutions meet agreed business needs.\nSupport solution evaluation, build-versus-buy assessments and analysis of options, trade-offs and impacts.\nParticipate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos and delivery reviews where projects use Agile methods.\nClarify requirements throughout delivery and support teams in resolving ambiguity, defects and scope questions.\nValidate that delivered solutions align with requirements, process design and intended business outcomes.\nTesting, Readiness & Implementation\nDefine business scenarios and support development of test approaches, UAT plans, test cases and acceptance evidence.\nCoordinate business participation in UAT, track defects and confirm requirements are met before release.\nAssess business and process impacts and contribute to communications, training, guidance and adoption plans.\nSupport operational readiness, handover documentation, support processes and implementation planning.\nContribute to launch, early-life support and post-implementation review, capturing lessons and improvement opportunities.\nWork you're doing\nBusiness requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.\nCurrent-state and future-state process maps, workflows, user journeys and gap assessments.\nPartner maps, workshop outputs, decision logs, traceability matrices and change-impact documentation.\nSkills & Experience\nExperience working as a Business Analyst on digital, technology or business transformation projects in complex organisations.\nStrong requirements elicitation, process mapping, analysis, documentation and partner facilitation skills.\nExperience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional and non-functional requirements.\nExperience supporting projects through discovery, design, build, testing, implementation and early-life support.\nGood understanding of Agile and traditional project delivery methods, backlog tools and requirements traceability.\nAbility to analyse ambiguous problems, reconcile competing needs and communicate clear recommendations.\nExperience coordinating UAT, business readiness, change impacts and operational handover.\nExperience with digital platforms, CMS, web, content, brand, communications, data or automation solutions.\nSuccess Measures\nClear, complete and agreed requirements that minimise
