Upon completion of the divestment, you will be employed by Castrol and will no longer be a bp employee\nThis role supports the delivery of Castrol ASPAC transformation agenda, with a strong emphasis on business growth enablement\nThe role works closely with the PU Business Development & Transformation Lead and ASPAC leadership to implement transformation initiatives, support operating model evolution, andenable revenue expansion throughnew product/service propositions, strategic partnerships, and customer acquisition initiatives\nThe Transformation & Business Development Manager provides hands-on project management, business analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Castrol’s strategic priorities.\nStrategy & Transformation Execution\nSupport the execution of Castrol ASPAC Strategy (CIP) through well-defined transformation and growth initiatives\nTranslate high-level strategic priorities into workplans, achievements, and deliverables\nTrack progress across transformation initiatives, highlighting risks, interdependencies, and mitigation actions\nSupport simplification of business processes, operating models, and governance where applicable\nWork with cross-functional teams across commercial, supply chain, finance, marketing, technology, and external partners\nAct as a connector between strategy, execution teams, and local market stakeholders\nBusiness Development & Growth Enablement\nSupport revenue expansion initiatives through:\nExtension of product and service offerings\nCommercial pilots, value propositions, and go-to-market support\nContribute to strategic alliance development by supporting:Partner assessments and case development\nInternal coordination across markets & cross functional teams\n\nSupport customer acquisition and strategic account initiatives by:Preparing analyses, proposals, and commercial materials\nCoordinating internal inputs for priority opportunities\n\nProject & Change Management\nProvide project management support across transformation and growth initiatives, including planning, tracking, and reporting\nSupport change management activities such as communications, stakeholder engagement, and Management of Change (MOC) processes\nPrepare updates, dashboards, and materials for leadership reviews and governance forums\nEducation\nUniversity degree or relevant professional qualification.
