data management capabilities.\nKey Accountabilities\nDigital Product Delivery\nOversee the delivery and ongoing operation of Supply Chain and Data Platform products, ensuring high-quality outcomes and business value realization.\nPartner with local and global stakeholders to define technical, architectural, security, and compliance requirements.\nLead the successful delivery of complex digital programs and projects as technical lead, solution designer, or project manager.\nEstablish and maintain effective governance, change management, and release management practices.\nData and Analytics Engineering\nLead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data platforms, including data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts.\nEnsure effective data ingestion, transformation, governance, quality management, and lifecycle management practices.\nApply deep understanding of business processes across supply chain, sales and marketing, and finance to enable high-value data solutions.\nDrive adoption of modern data architecture principles and best practices across the enterprise.\nSecurity, Risk and Compliance\nEnsure enterprise platforms comply with corporate security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.\nDesign and implement security monitoring, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and risk mitigation controls.\nContribute to enterprise governance frameworks, security policies, and digital risk management strategies.\nPromote secure-by-design principles throughout solution development and operational activities.\nOperational Excellence\nEnsure the reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of enterprise digital services.\nLead incident, problem, capacity, and operational risk management activities in accordance with ITIL principles.\nDrive automation through DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and test automation practices.\nDevelop and maintain disaster recovery, business continuity, and resilience plans for critical platforms and services.\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.\nVendor and Stakeholder Management\nManage digital vendors, service providers, contracted resources, and strategic partners to ensure value delivery and performance.\nBuild strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders across local and global teams.\nInfluence digital decisions through technical expertise, business insight, and collaborative leadership.\nEnsure digital investments deliver measurable business outcomes and optimized financial performance.\nLeadership and Capability Development\nProvide digital leadership and mentorship to engineering, operations, and security teams.\nFoster a organization.\nDigital Strategy and Architecture\nLead the architecture, engineering, and optimization of enterprise digital platforms supporting Castrol China's digital products.\nDefine and implement digital roadmaps aligned to business priorities and global digital strategies.\nDesign scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise solutions across supply chain and data platforms.\nCollaborate with enterprise architects and senior digital leaders to ensure alignment with strategic digital standards and frameworks.\nDrive digital modernization initiatives and integration of enterprise platforms within the wider IT ecosystem.\nEducation (Desirable)\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Digital, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline, or professional certifications in cloud, data, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, Agile, or IT service management disciplines.\nExperience\n8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise digital, data, or digital platforms in complex environments.\nProven experience delivering and operating enterprise-scale supply chain digital solutions covering manufacturing, warehouse management, logistics, and related business domains.\nExtensive experience designing and implementing enterprise data lake, data warehouse, and data mart solutions.\nStrong experience across the full data lifecycle, including ingestion, ETL, governance, modelling, quality, and analytics.\nHands-on development experience in one or more object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, or C#.\nDemonstrated success leading large-scale digital programs, transformation initiatives, and operational improvements.\nExperience managing vendors, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment.\nStrong track record of technical leadership, operational excellence, and service delivery management.\nTravel
