This is achieved through:\nProviding visible construction leadership and HSSE governance and self-verification.\nLeading contract performance and delivery of critical site construction services.\nEnsuring robust construction execution readiness, contractor assurance and field delivery support.\nProviding overall leadership and coordination of the construction function across the project.\nThe key responsibilities of the role include:\nChampion HSSE across all construction activities, ensuring compliance with BP standards and safe execution in the field.\nProvide construction input and readiness support and lead and manage all construction activities, ensuring effective pre-mobilisation planning, execution preparedness and field delivery support.\nDevelop and lead the Bluesky construction execution strategy through all stages of the project lifecycle.\nProvide construction input during front-end loading, constructability reviews, construction feasibility and assurance reviews.\nMaintain accountability for the Construction Execution Plan and lead construction input into the Project Execution Plan.\nLead and manage interfaces between the project and key stakeholders, including Operations, Maintenance and contractors, to ensure safe and efficient SIMOPS execution.\nDrive continuous improvement in construction execution, contractor performance and field productivity.\nProvide construction assurance and self-verification, including oversight of contractors.\nEstablish and maintain a disciplined self-verification and oversight process that provides confidence in construction readiness, execution quality and compliance with project, HSSE and technical requirements.\nMonitor and manage contractor safety, quality, cost and schedule performance against agreed contractual requirements.\nProvide overall construction leadership across contractors and construction work fronts, ensuring priorities, interfaces and execution requirements are effectively managed.\nAt bp, we provide the following environment and benefits to you:\nA company culture where we respect our diverse and unified teams, where we are proud of our achievements and where fun and the attitude of giving back to our environment are highly valued\nPossibility to join our social communities and networks\nLearning opportunities and other development opportunities to craft your career path\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
