# Field Merchandiser

Job Family Group: Retail GroupJob Description: The Field Merchandiser is responsible for the hands-on execution of merchandising initiatives across TA locations. This position works as part of a traveling field team responsible for completing store resets, reflows, cooler resets and refreshes, remodel support, fixture changes, planogram implementation, promotional execution, backroom and storage organization, and other merchandising projects. The Field Merchandiser may also assist with the reflow and remerchandising of deli and sales desk areas to improve product presentation, space utilization, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This is a highly physical, hands-on role requiring frequent travel and the ability to work effectively in an active retail environment. Field Merchandisers will be expected to move merchandise, tear down and rebuild fixtures, stock and organize product, install merchandising materials, and ensure stores are completed according to approved layouts, planograms, merchandising standards, and BP safety requirements.
