From inspiring teammates to exceptional support - we offer graduate and internship roles across multiple areas.\nAbout the role\n Procurement Graduate is an early-career development role designed to build strong foundations in procurement, commercial and supply chain management through meaningful, hands-on business experience.\nThe role provides exposure to sourcing, contracting, supplier management, procurement delivery, stakeholder engagement and commercial analysis while developing the technical, commercial and leadership capabilities required for a successful career in Procurement.\n\nWhat you will do\nSupport end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities, including market assessment, request for quotation or tender, evaluation, negotiation and award. \nWork with Procurement and business stakeholders to understand requirements, demand, priorities and value opportunities. \nSupport the development and implementation of category and contracting strategies. \nParticipate in supplier engagement and support contract and supplier performance management. \nConduct commercial analysis, benchmarking and spend analysis to support procurement decisions. \nIdentify opportunities for cost optimization, demand consolidation, simplification and process improvement. \nSupport procurement of materials and services in compliance with applicable processes, governance and delegated authorities. \nWork across Procurement, business teams and suppliers to resolve commercial and delivery issues. \nSupport procurement data, reporting and performance insights using digital procurement tools and systems. \nParticipate in projects and assignments that broaden exposure to different areas of Procurement and the business. \nBuild understanding of supply markets, contracting, commercial risk, negotiation and supplier relationships. \nDemonstrate strong safety, ethics and compliance behaviours in all activities. \nRequirements\nHave recently graduated from Bachelors (S1) or Masters (S2) or Doctoral (S3) program or will be graduating by August/November 2027.
