Participate in applicable risk assessments and hazard reviews and steward actions to closure.\nLead or provide discipline expertise to incident investigations and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), including immediate-cause analysis where required. Convert findings into sustainable corrective actions.\nOwn or support discipline equipment strategies. Use operating history, condition monitoring, failure data and reliability insights to develop, verify and optimize maintenance tasks, intervals and SAP PM build.\nIdentify bad actors, vulnerabilities, obsolescence and single-point failures and develop prioritized defect-elimination and life-cycle solutions.\nProvide technical assurance for Management of Change, brownfield modifications, equipment replacement and project deliverables.
