These requirements include the implementation of content into the Learning Management System (Cornerstone) as well as projects which that support leaning within bp. This role reports directly to the Learning Operations Lead.\nKey Accountabilities and challenges\nPrimary Responsibilities\nServe as the primary point of contact for business partners, ensuring their learning operations needs are understood and met.\nServe as the primary liaison between Learning operations and internal business units.\nAct as the first point of contact for issues. Resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and advance further when nvital\nStakeholder Management\nBuild and maintain strong collaborations to understand their learning needs, strategic priorities, and performance goals, ensuring their requirements are incorporated into learning operations.\nConduct monthly governance calls with the partner of the portfolio and SPA lead on performance of the portfolio (Incoming demand, status of current demand, cost and finance matters, issues and concerns, way forward and feedback).\nOperations Management\nAddress and resolve challenges related to learning operations, ensuring smooth operations end-to-end.\nCollaborate with the CoE to understand and plan the demand for learning operations. Ensure that work is allocated efficiently to meet business needs.\nRegularly review and analyze learning sessions, cases and cost. Provide detailed monthly reports on performance metrics to help drive continuous improvement.\nKeep the learning offers up-to-date and accurately represented. Provide comprehensive support to ensure the platform's learning operations run smoothly.\nSupervise the financial aspects of learning sessions, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.\nEnsure purchase orders are processed timely and accurately.\nEnsure payment process for third party vendor follows bp’s financial code ’guideline’.\nIdentify and handle risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies related to learning services. Ensure that potential problems are addressed proactively.\nContinuous Improvement and Projects\nSupport and drive O&A initiatives by collaborating with the OpEx team through various project work streams and networking channels.\nLead and support continuous improvement projects using Agile frameworks. Ensure timely delivery of projects within set quality standards and mitigate risks throughout.\nBuild and maintain scalable knowledge of the required portfolio through various process maps, SOPs, and learning aids.\nTechnology and Vendor Management\nSupervise the integration of new technologies and tools into learning operations to enhance service delivery. Ensure that technology solutions align with learning operations for any future integrations between tools used by Learning operations.\nAct as a single point of contact for the portfolio for all vendor management queries and decisions.\nCoach and guide team members on technical skills, functional skills and different processes for specific portfolios.\nIndustry Trends and Best Practices\nStay updated on industry trends and standard methodologies in corporate learning and professional development\nQualifications, Competencies & Mindset\nWhat you will need:\n8 years of overall working experience\n6 years of working exp in the learning domain, strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and enterprise learning technologies.\n3 years of working experience with financial tools, systems and procedures, financial accounting concept and reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and charge-back practices.\nDegree or equivalent desirable\nStrong customer service skills\nKnows when to seek support from other subject leaders during critical issues\nNumeracy & analytical thinking - able to quickly and optimally generate and analyse a range of data to provide accurate and timely information to advise business decisions\nExcellent personal organisational skills - good balance of being proactive and reactive; ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks on time\nBehavioral:\nProblem solving skills shown through experience in case management\nCustomer focus - Puts the customer at the heart of decision making\nDiscernment - ability to handle the needs of our colleagues in the context of business strategy.
