The Operations Coordinator at BP Australia Pty Limited is responsible for supporting the efficient and safe execution of Bluesky Project DDI activities (De-inventory, De-energize, Isolate). This role plays a critical part in operational preparation of equipment to enable safe and efficient work execution by project contractors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide input to project work scope development, planning and scheduling.

• Participate in Bluesky (DDI) engineering planning, including design reviews, HAZOP.

• Lead Operations planning efforts related to equipment readiness, including pre-planning, coordinating resources, materials, and operational procedures.

• Coordinate Operations project execution activities, including operational execution and support by contractors.

• Coordinate and assist operational project completion, punch listing and sign off.

• Contribute to the development of project relevant Site operating procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Liaise project activities with the shift operations and CoW Teams.

Job Qualifications:

• Background in oil and gas operational roles (in depth experience).

• Demonstrated experience in Maintenance/Project/Turnaround Planning or execution wihin an industrial or process environment.

• Proven ability in Operations readiness planning and execution.

• Experience in coordinating and preparing for operations events (large maintenance, project or turnaround activities).

• Familiarity with Site operating procedure development and implementation.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
