TSI brings together diverse engineering capability to provide technical services across a range of areas including engineering, maintenance, optimization, data processes, projects and subsurface, to deliver safe, affordable and lower emission energy, while continuously innovating how we work.\nIntent\nProvision of process safety engineering expertise and judgment in service of the assets, working closely with Squad Leads to ensure efficient handover of all issues that require engineering input to resolve.\nEnsure pragmatic solutions are implemented for management of risk, production efficiency improvement, maintenance, defect elimination and engineering standardization in support of safe, reliable and compliant operations.\nbp workflows: Equipment Strategy, Anomaly Assessment &Tracking, Work Management, Engineering Backlog, Management of Change, Site Projects\nResponsibilities\nProvides Process Safety expertise to other teams by performing and reviewing complex, or non-routine Process Safety engineering calculations and analyses (Relevant teams include Projects & Mods, IM, Maintenance, Programme Execution, Base Management, Process & Operations).\nProvides Process Safety expertise to MoCs and to brownfield projects and modifications (Relevant support activities include regulatory compliance, deviations from technical practice/specifications, design reviews, procurement support for complex packages, life cycle operability).\nProvides Process Safety expertise to hazard identification and risk assessment processes (Relevant hazard identification and risk assessment processes include MoCs, HAZOPs, LOPAs, HAZIDs, Human Factors Analysis, What-Ifs, Vulnerability studies, Bow-ties and Risk Action Plans).\nEnsures that appropriate process safety-related assessments are carried out (For Control of Work Risk Assessments to ensure that risks associated with safety system bypasses/ defeats, defective Safety Critical Equipment (SCE), overdue SCE inspections are appropriately assessed and managed consistent with the design intent and that appropriate interim measures are in place, barrier health assessment).\nProvides Process Safety expertise to Operations, including monitoring design and operating envelope excursions, ensuring that P&PS engineering documentation is up to date.\nSupports the regional Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) and Major Accident Risk (MAR) revalidation.\nProvides Process Safety expertise to delivery of regional actions.
