This role will focus on demonstrating agile methodologies to enhance customer experience, optimize channel performance, and manage key interested party relationships.\nKey Accountabilities\nLead Management & Customer Acquisition\nOwn and optimize fleet sales lead management processes, including Rig Dig and other lead generation sources.\nPartner with Sales and Marketing to recommend strategies that grow customer acquisition and market penetration.\nPricing & Rebate Programs\nManage fuel, DEF, truck service, and related customer rebate programs.\nOversee truck service point-of-sale discount programs to keep them aligned with financial and customer growth goals.\nAudit and monitor customer pricing programs after implementation to confirm expected volume growth is achieved.\nEvaluate program effectiveness and recommend consolidation, enhancement, or elimination based on business performance and strategic objectives.\nDevelop reporting and performance metrics to measure program ROI and customer engagement.\nSupport ongoing optimization and audits of pricing systems and tools, and help define long-term process improvements.\nCustomer Agreements & CRM Data\nEnsure customer agreements, amendments, pricing arrangements, and program documentation are accurately maintained and tracked.\nBuild processes that improve visibility into customer commitments and deliver actionable information to the sales organization.\nPartner with business and technology teams to improve CRM data quality and reporting capabilities.\nDigital Platforms & Customer Portal\nLead business-side project management for customer-facing digital platforms, including customer portal initiatives.\nDefine business requirements, prioritize enhancements, align stakeholders, and support implementation.\nCollaborate with IT and external partners to improve customer experience, self-service capabilities, and operational efficiency.\nEssential experience and job requirements\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.\nExperience in fleet or fuel sales, pricing, sales operations, program management, or business analytics.\nStrong analytical skills, with experience interpreting sales performance, margin, pricing, and customer behavior data.\nExperience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and dashboard development.\nStrong project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.\nProven ability to influence interested parties and drive process improvements across multiple business functions.\nWhy join bp\nAt bp, we support our people to learn and grow in a diverse and challenging environment.
