Your strong functional understanding of data analysis, trading, and financial risk management will be essential.\nBeing part of a global cross-functional team of analysts, developers and testers, you will play a key role in the analysis and refinement of both functional and non-functional requirements from partners throughout the commodity trading lifecycle, using structured business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies. Your familiarity with Agile methodologies and practical application will be crucial.\nKey responsibilities:\nAct as the main point of contact for your area of delivery within the market risk products landscape, ensuring all activity is aligned with shared strategic direction.\n\nLead and facilitate ideation and process definition workshops with users at all levels based in dispersed geographical locations.\n\nAdvocate responsible AI use within the team and drive adoption.\n\nLead the execution of key controls for the business area and collaborate with other functions to ensure continuous improvement of controls / processes.\n\nDefine the systems and data requirements and validate the systems design and processes from functional and technical aspects.\n\nProduce high quality analysis and writing user stories and acceptance criteria to be used by developers and testers.\n\nUnderstand system constraints and opportunities to inform design.\n\nManage cross-team consensus and acceptance of requirements, ensuring meaningful sign-offs.\n\nUse data analysis techniques including SQL to make informed decisions and validate solutions backed with qualitative and quantitative data.\n\nBuild strong relationships with users and commercial partners.\n\nWork closely with teams in UK, US, India, and Hungary.\n\nKey Skills/Knowledge:\nPrimary Skills\nExpectation of proven experience designing, planning, implementing, maintaining, and documenting digital products and market risk solutions within commodity trading environment or other financial intuitions.\n\nExperience delivering complex products working with geographically remote business partners and teams.\n\nStrong communication skills will be massively important for the role for both partner and delivery of the global market risk team. This includes technical content in business context.\n\nAbility to engage and influence and able to decompose technical considerations that everyone can understand is key.\n\nExperience using AI tools to support ideation, backlog creation, and overall product development.\n\nExperienced agile practitioner who can equally work as part of the squad or lead on a short-term sprint basis.\n\nHas a curious, exploratory, and continuous learning mindsight for themselves and for the people around them.\n\nThinks holistically about product capability from the delivery and operations.\n\nExcellent organizational skills required to adapt to a constantly changing environment.\n\nHighly responsible, self-motivated, and able to thrive in an energetic, fast paced, high growth environment which exhibits ownership of the outcomes of work.\n\nAbility to build, nurture, and maintain relationships with partners across all levels.\n\nAnalysis and Design\nFacilitate ideation and process definition workshops with business partners at all levels based in different locations.\n\nElicit requirements from business partners at all levels including leading requirements and design workshops.
