So if you want to be part of a caring, supportive environment where you can realize your full potential, we’re with you.\nJoin our Technology Team and advance your career as a Senior Software Engineer (Java full stack)\nIn this role You will:\nDesign sophisticated backend components, services, platforms, and Restful APIs for seamless communication with the front end.\n\nDesign front-end components and seamless integration with the back-end systems, facilitating smooth data exchange.\n\nContinuously reviewing the services and components and seeking opportunities for improvements.\n\nIdentifying and addressing Tech Debt.\n\nInfluencing and delivering the product roadmap to improve our Key Performance Indicators and deliver tangible business value.\n\nDeveloping the team’s Software Engineering skills.\n\nOwning the team’s culture and ways of working, instilling a care for high quality code and tests and for implementing procedures.\n\nHands on development in Java.\n\nMost the individual's time will be focused in writing code, while pursuing software engineering protocols for design, building and testing. High-quality documentation, traceability and knowledge sharing is expected.\n\nYou will work closely with key business users and team members.
