Management includes overseeing the technical, financial, procurement, construction, and \nhandover deliverables by the engineering subcontractor.\nPlease note that the role is open for Azerbaijani citizens only.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReview and verify all EQs to ensure that appropriate Category Criteria has been met, suitable supporting documentation and justification has been provided along with assessment of benefit to the business\nReview and Approve Engineering Contractor EQ Response, Project Proposal, and Orders of Magnitude (OoM) Cost at project sanction stage.\nManage the engineering contractor in relation to each individual project cost, schedule and technical delivery Assist in the establishment and monitoring of performance management metrics for site OCT infrastructure.\nDevelop scope of work packages and manage technical responses throughout the bid process\nKeep Client Rig Engineering Manager and others routinely informed of job status and all developments that impact schedule, safety, and reputation through regular reports.\nManage project priorities across all assets\nProvide Interface and support Rig Engineers and act as Client SPA for Rig 5/10 yearly Re-certification shutdowns.\nReview Engineering contractor monthly cost reports to monitor project spend\nAct as Client Rig Engineering Technical representation throughout What-if and MOC Process\nTechnically review all contractor documentation such as Survey Reports, Technical Notes, Study Reports and Work packs.\nManage distribution and comments for all documentation within company and Client Wells Team.\nManage the interface between Client Technical Authorities and Engineering contractor\nManage the project planning and execution interface between engineering contractor, Wells Operations and Wells planning\nMonitor well schedules and arrange POB for execution of projects\nManage the technical evaluation and deviation requests for any exceptions to the STP’s.\nManage the interface between Integrity and engineering contractors through EQ development and integrity\nundefined\nAccountable for project delivery with within the set annual and project approved budgets\nManage yearly budget in relation to projected spend, monthly and quarterly actual spend and emergent work costs to ensure budget ceiling is not breached\nReview and approve engineering contractor project phase deliverables, CTR’s and CVO’s\nRobustly manage all design change issues to ensure that financial status is not compromised.\nRequirements:\nDegree qualification (Higher National Certificate or equivalent) in relevant field\nProven experience in management of design engineering projects\nDemonstrated experience in brownfield drilling engineering upgrades and modifications\nProven experience within a field of engineering role.\nExcellent verbal and written English.\nGood communications and interpersonal skills.\nMicrosoft Office literate.\nAbility to work efficiently and maintain effective working relationships with people of different national\nand cultural backgrounds.\nWhy Join our team?\nAt bp, we provide an excellent working environment and employee benefits such as an open and inclusive culture, a great work-life balance, tremendous learning and development opportunities to craft your career path, life and health insurance, medical care package and many others.\nWe support our people to learn and grow in a diverse and exciting environment.
